What are the benefits of mediation?
Time Saving
Our mediation experience settle cases within an average of 2 meetings. It has been proven fast and time-sensitive, as disputants determine themselves how quickly they want to resolve disputes.
Cost-Effectiveness
Since cases are resolved within a shorter period of time, cost of litigation is dramatically reduced.
Unbiased Proceedings
The mediator does not provide the final judgment on the case. His primary task is to facilitate uncovering of mutual underlying interests, generate options and facilitate the parties' finding an agreement they can mutually be happy with.
Neutral Venue
The mediation proceedings will be held at a neutral venue where both parties involved will be comfortable and at ease to talk.
Confidentiality
Proceedings are protected by the rules of confidentiality as prescribed in Chapter 2 Section 9 of the ADR Act of 2004. Information revealed in mediation may not be used in litigation or formal adversarial proceedings.
Flexibility
Parties may terminate the process at any time, if it is not working for them and revert to other dispute resolution options.
