Consultancy

You do not see it but workplace conflict costs a lot of money. Costs are hidden in every area of your business in the form of wasted time and resources. An Integrated Dispute Resolution System allows you to monitor and manage high risk areas for conflict. The CoRe Group offers consultancy services to both government and private institutions.

Part of the proceeds from our training and consultancy contracts will go to a special fund for the development of a Peer Mediation Program targeting public school children from high-risk backgrounds. In cooperation with the DepEd, we shall impart valuable conflict resolution skills especially designed for children. These techniques have been proven in other countries to improve their lives.
